Settlement Day does not collect, transmit, or share any of your personal data. All data you enter — visa records, trip dates, application status — stays on your device, in your local SwiftData store.

Permissions we request

• Photos: Read-only access to photo metadata (date, GPS coordinates) for the optional “Auto-detect past trips” feature. Photos themselves are never read, copied, or uploaded.
• Calendar: Read-only access to event titles, dates, and locations for the optional “Auto-detect past trips” feature. Calendar contents are never copied or uploaded.
• Notifications: Local notifications only, sent by the app on your device when entering or leaving a country (you must opt in).

What we don’t do

• We do not run any analytics or tracking SDKs.
• We do not have a backend server. There is nowhere for your data to be sent.
• We do not show ads.
• We do not have user accounts.
• We do not access your contacts, microphone, location, or any other system data outside what’s listed above.

Children

Settlement Day is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Settlement Day 不针对 13 岁以下儿童，不会有意收集儿童数据。
